This vibrant two-week immersive festival presented by Eisenhower Dance Detroit brings together advanced dancers, emerging choreographers and distinguished guest artists in a dynamic and community-driven training environment. Participants will deepen their technical and performance artistry while engaging in the choreographic process as either or both performers and/or dance makers. 

The DANCE festival track emphasizes technical and stylistic versatility, collaboration and professional readiness, preparing dancers for the demands of a collegiate, pre-professional or professional career. 

CREATE: A Choreography Intensive focuses on diving deep into the choreographic process with an emphasis on creation and overall artistic development as well as allows the participants the opportunity to experience and participate in work created by Master Choreographers further providing them with tools to shape their identity as choreographers. 

The program culminates with a Festival Gala, featuring excerpts of EDD repertory as well as world premiers by guest and emerging choreographers.

Acceptance into the program(s) is by audition and application only.
