2 Bedroom Suites Each bedroom contains a queen bed and full bathroom. Amenities include: shared full kitchen, living and dining room, complimentary breakfast, free wifi, laundry facilities, heated pool, hot tub.
Transportation
For dancers attending from out of town and staying at the hotel, without a method of transportation, transportation will be arranged for all festival related activities. i.e. to and from classes, extracurricular (EDD organized) activities, and grocery stores
After June 1, hotel pricing will increase to $1650 (June 15 is the LAST day to register for lodging)
Suites: Each contain a queen bed and full bathroom. Shared full kitchen, living and dining room. Complimentary Wifi and Breakfast *Dancers will either be assigned a roommate or can request a roommate.
8 minute drive to EDD studios
Dancers will be permitted to CHECK-IN on Sunday, July 5 by 3:00pm
Dancers must check out on Saturday, July 18 by 11:00am
*Dancers under 18 years old, will be assigned a chaperone for the entirety of the festival. Chaperones will be responsible for transporting students to daily classes, daily meals, other activities, conducting nightly room checks, etc. Students will be provided with their chaperone’s phone number for easy communication.
All students under 18 years of age MUST be back to the hotel by 9:30pm. Room checks will be conducted at 10pm.
If lodging must be cancelled for any reason, please notify Intensive Coordinator, EmM at Moreira@eisenhowerdance.org by June 1, 2026.
Prior to June 1, a full refund, less a $25 retainer fee will be returned upon request.
**After June 1, no refunds will be provided.
